Cover for Unoccupied Periods

Full standard perils apply subject to:

  • The water being turned off at the mains and all tanks and pipes being drained OR the central heating system being in continuous operation to maintain a minimum temperature of 60 degrees farenheit / 15 degrees Celsius between 1st October and the 1st April inclusive
  • Property being secured
  • Unoccupied excess £250 (£1000 subsidence)
